Cashflow Master Class
Day/Time:  Mondays, 6:00pm-9:00pm
Dates: March 2 - March 23
Location:  Build Institute - 1620 Michigan Ave, Suite 120, Detroit, MI 48216 (We are on the Trumbull Ave. side of the building!)

 

Cashflow Master Class is a 4-week course that provides a foundational understanding of cash flow forecasting together with the tools needed to position your company for growth and scale. 

Designed for entrepreneurs who seek understanding around what types of investment and financing is available; how each type of funding works; what types of funders are a good match for their business, and cultivate the confidence and credibility needed to pursue outside investment. 

Class is instructed by the experts at Gingras Global.

What to expect during the course:

  • 4-week applied-learning course taught in-person with access to a community network of peers and industry subject-matter experts.
  • How to talk to banking professionals and prospective investors about your customers and cash flow
  • Entrepreneurs will have access to Liveplan  for two months with the ability to extend subscription at a discounted rate
  • Founders may be eligible for a minimum $5,000 loan from Build Institute. 
  • Participants who complete the course will have 1 hour individual financial consulting with Gingras Global 
  • Experts provide 1:1 coaching to ensure you have a roadmap for additional funding
     

Course fee: Thanks to the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation, program participants can attend utilizing  Build Institute’s sliding scale tuition standard, based on household income and family size.

Registration Portal Instructions:

1. Click on the registration link for your class of choice and fill in your personal information. Please register as an INDIVIDUAL. Business partners will need to register and pay separately. You will be asked to create an account with Build Institute. You can log into your account at any time and update your personal information.

2. Once your information is submitted you will be taken to the class payment page.

Class fees are determined based on a sliding scale, and applicants may be asked to submit income verification.

We want to make our classes accessible to everyone. Payment plans are available for class fees at $200 and above; please contact yolanda@buildinstitute.org or (313) 265-3590. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required for payment plans. Unless prior authorization is given, all class fees shall be paid in full by week 5.  

Please note that class fees are not refundable, but are transferable towards other Build classes and opportunities.
